Hire an Apprentice
Hire an Apprentice
Hiring an apprentice/trainee, it is good for the learners, good for your business, and good for Australia's skills building!.
We are a team of talent acquisition specialists with expertise in hiring quality apprentices.
In Australia, where unemployment rates are historically low, there is a shortage of available candidates to fill vacant positions. To address this chronic workforce gap, an increasing number of companies are recognizing the need to train new staff rather than solely relying on experienced hires who may be difficult to find or afford.
There is a prevailing perception that apprentices consist solely of school leavers, inexperienced in skills and requiring significant guidance. However, apprentices encompass not only recent school leavers but also adults aged 21 years or over, seeking a career change for a more meaningful and rewarding life. Career Change Apprentices are mature individuals who are dedicated, experienced, and possess transferable skills from their previous jobs. They are focused and committed, ready to hit the ground running!
Why Hire an Apprentice?
Here are the top ten reasons why you should consider hiring an apprentice:
