We will source the best possible staff and you can hire them in your payroll as your employees for as long as you wish at the wages negotiated with them directly.


How Much Does It Cost?

Our services offer three distinct options to meet your needs:

Direct-Hire Staffing: Our comprehensive approach involves sourcing, screening, and presenting the most qualified candidates for your consideration. Upon successful placement, a recruitment fee of $900+GST, applies depending on the number of the roles to be filled. You have the flexibility to choose between casual, temporary, or permanent hires. Should the selected candidate prove unsuitable or depart within the initial three months, we offer a replacement service at no extra charge.

On-Hire Staffing: Opting for this solution means we handle the sourcing, screening, and employment of suitable candidates on a casual contract basis. Our transparent hourly charge rate covers the gross wage for staff, casual loading, superannuation, associated costs, and our service fee, billed weekly post-job completion. It starts at $42+GST per hour.
