Recruitment Consultant

Flexible 25 hours a week, base salary plus commission OTE $66K+

Studyandwork.com.au is a small but unique recruitment agency specialising in job placement for Australian and international talents in mainly Accounting, IT and Engineering sector. Due to our commitment to creating win-win situation for both the employers and the candidates through our unique and risk-free placement services, we have developed a business with solid growth prospects. We are looking for several talented Recruitment Consultants to join our team who are able to help us grow the business by achieving our ambitious but realistic targets.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous sales experience and have exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will be self-motivated, passionate about recruitment, want to work in a competitive and supportive environment and generate a level of revenue for the business that leads to a high level of personal income. You will be willing to add true value to clients and candidates, be able to build strong relationships with senior decision makers and convince them to explore our innovative recruitment solutions.

In this role as a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

Business development - through both cold and warm calling
Interviewing candidates
Candidate sourcing and skill matching
Client liaison and negotiation
Advising of candidates and clients on career and HR issues

If successful, you will receive:

Excellent base salary and uncapped commission with OTE of $66K+
Above industry average commission paid monthly. Your threshold is 1 x salary, and following that you make in commission 25% of every dollar sales achieved.
Warm sales leads and quality candidate profiles supplied on a daily basis
Flexibility to work from home or in our office located in the city
